Rita Brown

Rita Brown is an experienced FEI rider who has competed in CDI international competitions with her horse Daktari.  The pair are currently competing at Grand Prix.

For the past 21 years Rita has worked with a variety of top New England trainers.  She is training this winter season in Wellington, FL with Chris Hickey.  Rita has also been invited to ride in clinics with Olympic Medalist Ulla Salzgeber, Steffan Peters, and Olympic judge Dr. Volker Moritz. 

Rita has shown successfully thru Grand Prix with scores in the mid 60's on her horse Daktari.  She finished 2007 nationally ranked 21st in the I2 level and is the 2007 Winner of the ABIG/USDF Region 8 Intermediate 2 Championship.  She has earned her USDF bronze, silver, and gold medals and has been an "L" judge for 10 years. 

Her clients include juniors, adult amateurs, and other professionals.  She can be seen on the recognized show circuit with her horse Daktari and is available to conduct clinics on and off-site.  She has been invited to clinic in Texas, Florida, and throughout New England.   

Rita's training goal is to bring along Junior Riders and Adult Amateurs to their competitive potential.  She can also help you find a suitable horse for your show season.

Training programs and rates are available upon request.

• Full training of horse/rider 5 lessons or rides per week

• Half training of horse/rider 3 lessons or rides per week

• Truck-in lessons welcome (limited stabling available)

• Mini-clinics for a minimum of 4 riders (on and off-site)

• Coaching available for day and overnight shows

• Judging services
